I through-hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2005. October 2nd marked the four year anniversary of finishing the 2175 mile trek from Georgia to Maine. The past few days, my hiking companions and I have been shooting emails back and forth and reminiscing about our days on the trail. In the midst of that activity this video has surfaced.
